For Guthour, one of Egypt’s leading importers of hookah, tobacco, and charcoal, our goal was to deliver a workplace that feels bold, functional, and unmistakably professional. Every design decision was driven by the company’s strong presence in the market while ensuring an environment that supports productivity and comfort.
A Bold Industrial Identity
The design embraces a industrial blend with eclectic style as elements, where exposed materials, raw textures, and clean architectural lines define the character of the space.
Neutral finishes create a timeless corporate atmosphere, while carefully selected industrial elements add depth, authenticity, and a distinctive visual language throughout the office.
Designed Around the People
Despite accommodating a large team, the office was carefully planned to maximize efficiency without compromising comfort.
The layout encourages smooth circulation, clear zoning, ergonomic workstations, and collaborative interaction, creating a workspace that performs as well as it looks.
Custom Furniture & FFE
Every furniture piece was designed exclusively for this project.
From executive offices and workstations to meeting tables, storage solutions, and built-in units, the entire FFE package was tailored to fit the space perfectly while maintaining one cohesive design language.
The result is a workplace where every detail feels intentional.
Color & Material Strategy
A restrained palette of concrete-inspired textures, black steel, wood finishes, and neutral tones forms the foundation of the project.
A carefully introduced yellow accent adds energy and character, acting as a signature visual element that guides the eye through the space without disrupting its professional atmosphere.
